Gilbert + Tobin and the International Law Association are pleased to host an evening seminar on 29 November to discuss the consequences of recent developments in international law regarding the South China Sea (including the recent arbitral award from the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, and its implications for Australia) in the context of a rapidly changing geo-political environment in our region.
Dr Christopher Ward SC—President of the Australian Branch of the International Law Association—will be joined by Professor Tim Stephens of the University of Sydney. The evening will be hosted by G+T partner, Chris Flynn.
